At Lady Black Tie, we want you to feel confident in your formal wear; if your dress isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original security tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

  Print Your Label

  After completing the online request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to avoid damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a store credit gift card will be issued to your email for future use.
